Pickup & Drop-off Hours
We follow strict pickup and drop-off hours to keep all pups calm, safe, and on a predictable routine.
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
How do you handle anxious/reactive dogs?
Anxious or reactive pups get calm, one-on-one attention from trained team members, slow introductions, and a quiet space to decompress.
Is someone there overnight?
We live onsite, and our dog-loving staff is here 24/7. Your pups are never alone.
What’s a typical day like?
Wake up, breakfast, playtime, cuddles, multiple potty breaks, exercise, rest, more play, more cuddles and cozy, climate-controlled private lodging at night.
Can I see the space before booking?
We love meeting pet parents! Visitors are welcome during regular weekly business hours and no appointment is necessary for tours.

All meds, special diets, and allergy routines are handled by trained staff with strict monitoring and zero shared food or treats.
You’ll receive documentation for every medication given, and if anything seems off, we contact you and the vet immediately.
